Across three days at the 2026 Swim England Diving National Age Group Championships, Sofia completed a clean sweep of her Group B titles — gold on the 1m springboard, gold on the platform, and gold on the 3m springboard. Three events, three national titles, one extraordinary week.
It began on the 1m, where she set the tone with 270.65 to take the first gold — finishing some thirty points clear of the rest of the field. A day later she stepped up to the platform and did it again, topping the standings with 230.30 for a second title and a winning margin of more than twenty-five points.
The treble was sealed on the final day on the 3m springboard, her strongest score of the week — 281.60, nearly twenty points ahead of her nearest challenger. Three finals, three boards, three wins, each of them comfortable.
Three finals, three different disciplines, three golds — and not one of them close. A sweep that shows just how far her range across the boards now reaches.
To take a single national title at this level is a milestone in its own right. To do it across springboard and platform, in the same championships, and to win each by a clear margin, speaks to the breadth of skill, composure and sheer hours that sit behind every entry into the water.
